Michael Jackson's former doctor Conrad Murray wants to get back to work after his two-year prison stint -- and he's suing the state of Texas to try to get his license back.

Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for his involvement in Jacko's death, had his license suspended in both California and Texas -- and the latter state yanked it altogether back in February. Murray says he's more than $400,000 in debt and can't even afford to pay court costs, so he needs to find a job somewhere.

Maybe In and Out Burger, his first post-jail stop, is hiring.
