A Texas size battle is in the fryer after one popular Tex-Mex restaurant files a lawsuit against another.
KTRH legal expert Chris Tritico says this case is a simple trade secret issue, "Companies can have trade secrets that are their trade secrets. Typically you have a non-disclosure agreement that people sign who have access to trade secrets. Now this may be a problem for Torchy's..."
Torchy's claims they have surveillance video that shows the cook taking the "Taco Bible" but they can't seem to find it. The lawsuit claims Texas Tacos copied their recipies, dishes, and even menu descriptions.
