Texas based Neiman Marcus reports possible credit card breach

First Target, now luxury merchant Neiman Marcus says thieves may have stolen customers' credit and debit card information and made unauthorized charges over the holiday season.

Over the holiday season, Target and Nieman Marcus joined forces for a "Holiday Collection Look Book." A spokeswoman for the Galleria upscale chain wouldn't estimate how many shoppers may be affected but said the company is notifying customers whose cards it knew were used fraudulently.

The news follows word of a massive data theft at Target stores that originally said 40M credit card holders' information was compromised. Friday, Target released new information, saying there could be up to 110M Target customers affected. The retail giant is now offering a free service to prevent future hacking.
