The body of a postal worker who went missing early Friday has been identified.
Eddie “Marie” Youngblood of Shepherd disappeared while delivering mail on her rural route. Her body was discovered late Friday in the Coldspring area in her burned out Jeep. Investigators in San Jacinto County say they found bullet holes in her vehicle as well, which was hidden in a secluded area. There are indications there may be two crime scenes, suggesting Youngblood may have been killed someplace else.
Officials are now looking for 36-year old James Wayne Ham, whom they describe as a “person of interest.” He has outstanding warrants on unrelated charges, including a charge of aggravated assault. The San Jacinto Sheriff’s Department considers Ham armed and dangerous.
